Peristalsis Monitoring

Bowel sound monitoring can provide useful information about the health status of your digestive system. In this assignment we will develop a new sensor system, which allows to detect peristaltic movement from the outside of the body via sound recordings. These data will be combined with other sensor data (such as accelerometers) to develop algorithms to detect bowel sounds accurately.
